I am often asked if I have a vegan (or egg free) alternative to my sponge and buttercream recipes. In order to include vegans, vegetarians and those who do not consume egg or dairy for religion or allergy reasons I have produced this new course to assist you and for those of you who may wish to include this in your cake business as an additional product to offer.
This delicious vanilla buttercream is stable and perfect for piping the delicate and beautiful flowers I teach on all other courses. The vanilla sponge is light, fluffy and moist and rivals my non vegan cupcake sponge. I have added some top tips at the end to help you achieve beautiful buttercream flowers. This course does not include any flower piping. These online courses can be purchased separately on my website.
